You will be part of our Project Partner department which is in charge of building bridges between clients and freelancers on our matching platform, also you will work in consulting skills for providing the best solution to our community and our clients.Key responsibilitiesFind the best freelancers to meet your key account clients' needs and be a strong recruitment partner for the clients due to your insights on the freelance market, the rates charged, skills and expectations of freelancers in the required jobsYou work hand-in-hand with the sales team and you proactively build solid relationships with sales and customers as a trusted partnerAdvise your clients on writing strong briefings to attract the best freelancersConduct qualification interviews with freelancers at the client's request to select the most suited ones
