We are looking for an expert to work as Project Onsite Coordinator!Job Experience:Knowledge Experience in the following:Proven work experience around ~ 8 years in Spain with familiarity of local culture and managing e-learning projects.Experience leading and managing Training Content Creation team.Worked across multiple domains, with proficiency in identifying client needs, managing eLearning projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams efficiently.Proficiency in project management tools.Excellent communication and organization skills, coordinating and meeting critical project requirements.Knowledge of various eLearning authoring tools and platforms.
Knowledge of the eLearning training content creation and multimedia production processes is an advantage.Act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring regular and proactive communication on project progress, risks, and solutions effectively to maintain strong client relationships and trust.Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions to understand the client's training objectives, content needs, and key performance indicators.Coordinate with different cross-functional teams to track and maintain project progress and ensure deliverables are met.Serve as a bridge between the onsite client and the offshore project team, ensuring clear communication of client needs, priorities, and feedback.Regularly update the offshore team on client requirements, changes, and feedback, and facilitate efficient task completion.Identify potential project issues or challenges that arise during the project and coordinate with the appropriate team members and stakeholders enabling quick resolution.Provide regular progress reports to the client and internal stakeholders, outlining project status, key achievements, and upcoming milestones.Liaison with Cross-functional Teams/Stakeholders.Skills:Managerial Skills:Excellent leadership traits and strong communication skills with an acumen to manage eLearning projects.Track and communicate progress of each phase of development (content creation, multimedia production, assessments) to stakeholders.Timely communicate updates on project timelines, resources, and deliverables to align with business objectives.Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Schedule and follow up on the project with clients.Effectively manage operational challenges by identifying solutions, streamlining processes if any, and addressing obstacles.Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint).Soft Skills:Problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.Team building and adaptability.Good communication (verbal written) and presentation skills.About HCLTech:We are HCLTech, one of the fastest-growing large tech companies in the world and home to 225,000+ people across 60 countries, supercharging progress through industry-leading capabilities centered around Digital, Engineering, and Cloud.
