Your main activities will be focused on organizing and coordinating all manufacturing activities related to new customer projects implementation within the plant together with the Project and Plant team. Position based in A Rúa de Valdeorras (Ourense, Spain). Your function will include in particular responsibilities:Responsible for manufacturing activities to achieve a smooth launch meeting targets before SOPResponsible for project Industrialization of new customer productsCreate and update required machinery capacity analysis and availabilityDefine technical specifications of new equipment or adaptation of existingResponsible to manage investment budgetManage industrialization timing plan and monitoring activities of involved resourcesResponsible for customer R@R & pre-serialEnsure proper communication and coordination between project and plant teamEnsure manufacturing feasibilityConfirm tooling & checking fixtures specificationsValidate P-FMEAThe qualified candidate will have:Degree in Engineering or related technical degree5 to 10 years' experience in Production and/or Manufacturing EngineeringExperience in Program and Project Management, leading Project TeamsProven skills in automotive manufacturing (product, process, technologies)Ability to manage cross-functional teams (Development Center, Plant Process Engineering, Production Systems, Logistics) in different locationsGood level of English is mandatoryGood level of Spanish is mandatoryWillingness to travel up to 20% is requiredThe primary purpose of this job description is to summarize the key/essential duties.
