JOB PURPOSE We are looking for a Project Leader to be responsible for the hard & soft goods category with proficiency in Chinese & English.
You will schedule, resource, and manage all activities to ensure project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.
You will use your project management skills to push each project forward to meet targets.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring the assigned projects. Interacting daily with clients to interpret their needs and requirements, representing them in the field. Cooperating and communicating effectively with the project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and follow up on the status of each project. Performing overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans), and reporting regularly on project status. Managing plan deviation and implications of incidences (time, cost, etc.
), and updating the project. Ensuring formal input and output are provided (tech sheets, etc.
). Ensuring projects are ready for the next step. Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. Determining project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards. Performing other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Previous experience as a project leader/development in the helmets industry. Prior experience working with international clients and/or vendors. Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards (Head protection standards, Reach, RoHS, CP65). REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS Project management skills with 2-4 years of expertise in an industrial/manufacturing business. Excellent English and Chinese speaking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work on multiple projects and manage various project elements simultaneously. Decision making, organization, problem-solving, time management, and attention to detail. Technical understanding and background. WE OFFER Competitive retribution package.
