Visit us at careers.softwareone.com.The RoleRole and Function:Service Management: Governance, Monitoring, Controlling, Reporting.Working closely with external technology, software and service providers.Management of services through the planning tool proposed.Establishing objectives and milestones for possible projects that may arise for the evolution or renewal of existing projects.Budget control, team management, advice and training and documentation of the evolution of the services.Drawing up periodic service reports.Preparation of usage, capacity, performance and statistical data.Proposals for changes.Monitoring and control meetings.Planning of activities.Monitoring of incidents and problems.Service improvement, Quality and Satisfaction management.Up-to-date maintenance of the Service Operation and Management documentation.Automation of tasks and processes.Core Accountabilities:Work on different services each with priorities in each of them and must manage them at a fast pace.Liaise with management and customers to identify and define the requirements, scope and objectives of the Services and that they are aligned with the organisation's objectives.Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring that services remain within defined scope, schedule and budgets.Analyse service progress and, where necessary, adapt scope, timelines and costs to achieve maximum benefit.Assign roles and tasks to the team members involved, based on individual strengths and capabilities.Skills Requirement:3+ years of project management experience.Experience in infrastructure projects.Hands-on experience in client management and team leadership.Proven success in a corporate environment, working with all levels of management.Good written, verbal and presentation skills.Technical background in Datacenter and Workplace technologies.What we need to see from you:Ensure that you have the ability to work in an organized way in different clients with different technologies, being all of them from SoftwareOne's Portfolio.Capacity of a real risk analysis both in the client and in SoftwareOne.Ensure that all tasks and agreements of a service are performed, organized and progressed according to agreed deadlines and commitments.Assist in assigning service tasks to relevant parties and check status updates in management tools.Manage customer expectations as well as agreed upon and finding the common ground between Customer and SoftwareOne.Report service performance and/or risks to the appropriate management channels.Act as a point of communication between the company's teams and external teams.Ability in providing solutions to service managers at customers, reinforcing the value of SoftwareOne services in relation to overall business difficulties at the customer and/or strategic opportunities.Strong problem solving skills are required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong business acumen.Are you interested?
