About the PositionAs a Project Manager- UTAs, you will be responsible for budgeting and overseeing the works of renovations and changes arising in air treatment units.
You will organize all construction activities on site and ensure communication of all project tasks to all team members.
You will also be in constant contact with the client to resolve their issues, escalating more complex matters to the organization's managers.
To succeed in this position, it is essential that you have solid technical knowledge in air conditioning installations, especially in air treatment units.

RequirementsWe are looking for professionals with excellent communication and negotiation skills and oriented towards managing multidisciplinary teams.

Technical or higher engineering, Industrial / Mechanical, preferably with a specialization in climate installations or similar.5-10 years of experience as an air conditioning engineer in medium and large industrial projects.Experience in project management and subcontractor management.Experience as a technical interlocutor with the client, in direct collaboration with the commercial delegate.Knowledge of RSIF (Regulation of Safety for Refrigeration Installations) and RITE (Regulation of Thermal Installations in Buildings).Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, HAP (machine selection tools).Language: Advanced Spanish, English level B1 (mainly written comprehension).Valid work permit in the EU.Although not essential, we will especially value candidates with knowledge of BMS controls.ResponsibilitiesAs a Project Manager-UTAs, you will be responsible for:
The design and calculation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and chilled water systems, as well as mechanical installations.The preparation of budgets and technical solutions for clients for new installations or modernization of existing ones.Acting as the main contact with complex clients, developing a professional relationship, and understanding the client's needs to meet them within the contracted scope.The planning, supervision, monitoring, and validation of works (technical-economic).The preparation of technical documentation (plans, reports, legalizations, etc.
).Reviewing and approving all expenses for small to complex projects monthly and ensuring the accuracy of all invoices/payment requests according to the purchase order and subcontract terms and conditions.Updating project schedules independently and preparing correspondence and project management documents effectively in all aspects of implementation phases, including meeting minutes with clients, team task/action item tracking, letters, memoranda, transmissions, and RFIs.Assisting managers in managing material orders and logistics according to the project plan and progress to ensure that all delivered materials can be billed on time.Our Commitment to YouOur greatest advantages are the experience, creativity, and passion of our employees.
