As a Project Manager, you will lead the whole cycle of our CRM implementation for new clients across different sectors for European countries, LATAM and US.
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.
You will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Your functions will be: External client-facing project management Identifying priorities and managing risks Customer requirements analysis and definition Budget and time management Technical configuration of ForceManager CRM implementations Provide CRM consultancy within Project Life Cycles and Presales processes Helping our Training team to prepare some specific material What we need from you: 3-5 years of experience in a Project Management role within the SaaS sector CRM/ERP experience being highly beneficial Project Management or SCRUM certification will be highly valued SQL basic knowledge Exceptional client management skills, with the ability to handle 10 projects simultaneously Excellent communication, negotiation and commercial skills Leadership and motivation skills Results-oriented Organization and time management skills Be a team player Conflict management We offer: Work from anywhere!
