Project Manager Technology Management (m/f/d)REQUISITION ID: 7722LOCATION: Imarcoain, Navarra, ES, 31119DEPARTMENT: ServiceYOUR TASKS:Execution of large technical projects within budget and quality goalsSecuring correct project handling, setting up successful team and leading team members from various departments such as Central engineering, Claim Management, spare parts, production and global Service organization.Drive root cause process and define, assess and align dedicated solutions with Nordex internal players as well as external players such as suppliers and customers.Ensure technical support to enhance claim toward suppliers.Create necessary transparency with regards to an optimization of cost-effectiveness and risk mitigation.Work within Nordex processes to manage and report progress on project with a monthly status report.Facilitate a smooth handover to colleagues within the Service organization in the different countriesRepresenting the Nordex organization to our clientsYOUR PROFILE:Technical background with a Master's degree in engineeringProject management experience necessary (preferably in the wind energy sector and in turnkey projects)Several years of experience in comparable positionsExperience with 8D and 6 sigma methodsLeadership skills and good team forming skills and ability to create a strong, successful and enjoyable teamExcellent negotiation and communication skills especially with customers or suppliersGood MS Office knowledge, SAP experience desirableAbility to work in different business culturesWillingness to go on business trips from time to timeFluent English skills.Nordex adheres to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
