Your Tasks Execution of large technical projects within budget and quality goals.
Securing correct project handling, setting up successful teams, and leading team members from various departments such as Central Engineering, Claim Management, Spare Parts, Production, and Global Service Organization.
Drive root cause process and define, assess, and align dedicated solutions with Nordex internal players as well as external players such as suppliers and customers.
Ensure technical support to enhance claims toward suppliers.
Create necessary transparency regarding optimization of cost-effectiveness and risk mitigation.
Work within Nordex processes to manage and report progress on projects with a monthly status report.
Facilitate a smooth handover to colleagues within the Service Organization in different countries.
Represent the Nordex organization to our clients.
Your Profile Technical background with a Master's degree in Engineering.
Project management experience necessary (preferably in the wind energy sector and in turnkey projects).
Several years of experience in comparable positions.
Experience with 8D and Six Sigma methods.
Leadership skills and good team forming skills with the ability to create a strong, successful, and enjoyable team.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, especially with customers or suppliers.
Good MS Office knowledge; SAP experience desirable.
Ability to work in different business cultures.
Willingness to go on business trips from time to time.
Fluent English skills.
