We are looking for:
Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or similar.
Languages: Spanish and English.
Knowledge of or familiarity with the software life cycle and knowledge of DevOps concepts.
Knowledge of the concepts of a test life cycle (Unit Test, SIT, UAT, testing performance, automatic testing).
Technological profile:
Data Layer: Knowledge of relational databases such as SyBase, Oracle, MySQL, or SQLServer is valued. Knowledge of PL/SQL, SQL is valued.
Presentation Layer: Knowledge or experience with frameworks or libraries such as Spring, Ajax is valued. Knowledge of or experience with JavaScript. Familiar with design patterns such as MVVC, MVC, etc.
Business Layer: Knowledge or experience with Java, Application Servers, Eclipse or similar.
Integration Layer: Knowledge or familiarity with middleware integration technologies, microservices, WebServices, etc.
Social Profile: Capacity for teamwork.
Negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
Learning capacity, motivation for professional growth.
Your role in the team
We are actively looking for a Project Manager with experience in managing highly complex projects, especially with multidisciplinary teams. Ability to make decisions in a rational and analytical way. Ability to be autonomous.
Responsibilities:
Participate in the definition of business solutions.
Create project planning or Releases.
Analysis and validation of technological solutions.
Participate in the validation of architectures.
Coordinate the software life cycle. SLA management.
Coordinate the testing cycle, especially SIT (System Integration Test) and Performance.
Coordinate teams of developers.
Be a guarantor of the quality of the software, and of the KPIs that are designed.
