Project Manager - Operational and Legal Client Communications You will act as the project manager for initiatives that require communicating to clients due to operational or legal changes, such as T&Cs updates or migration of banking providers. Principal Areas of Responsibility: Own the delivery of these projects end-to-end, collaborating and coordinating across functions (marketing, legal, ops, tech, commercial, and product). Find opportunities to digitise or change the processes to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and/or customer experience. Analyse and create controls to ensure the changes and communications have been effective. Required Experience: - 2+ years of project management experience. Beneficial Experience: Experience in the financial sector; FX, lending, or payments preferred. Experience engaging with clients. Strong understanding of software development and Agile. Experience with CRMs, ideally Salesforce. Proven ability to liaise with stakeholders across seniority levels. Self-starter able to work effectively in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment. Good communication and presentation skills. Highly organised and strong project management skills.
