What are we looking for?
We are looking for an ambitious and talented profile to join our Global Operations Team as a Project Manager – Strategic Operations in our Global Headquarters (Madrid).
Mission: A Project Manager – Strategic Operations role with a focus on results and continuous improvement, delivering a wide standard approach to project delivery.
Constantly seeking new and better ways of working to optimize team efficiency and performance, prioritizing project management resources and providing full and accurate visibility of project status.
Key Responsibilities: You will be in charge of relevant and transversal projects, involving different areas and geographic regions of the group in digitalization, efficiency improvement, and new processes.
You will manage and follow up on strategic projects and annual budgets.
You will implement Analytics programs in the operations/supply chain area.
Governance supply chain: you will collect and propose improvements based on the relevant KPIs of the group's operations.
You will drive the knowledge of new trends and technologies in the operational teams.
You will need: University Education with Degree or equivalent qualification.
Fluent in spoken and written English & Spanish (Italian would be a bonus).
