Responsibilities and AssignmentsPM SR
PMI, ITIL, Service Now (Fundamentals)
Torre: Service Desk
Provide Project Management support to a global software packaging team.
Lead daily meetings and assign tasks based on customer requirements.
Guide the team in resolving technical issues.
Gather requirements and manage user expectations.
Lead the analysis, estimation, and approvals of multiple projects.
Maintain metrics and reports for management.
Supervise governance meetings.
Requirements and QualificationsAvailability to assist at least once per week to the office (Santa Fe).Proficiency in conversational and written English.Solid experience in project management, 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles.Graduation in areas related to project management, PMP certification (is a plus) or other relevant certifications.Skills in leading multidisciplinary teams for project success.Experience in waterfall and agile methodologies.Experience in managing complex and strategic projects.Experience in identifying and managing risks in projects, as well as making strategic decisions.Results orientation and ability to meet project objectives within established deadlines and budgets.Ability to adapt to changes and challenges that may arise during project execution and adjust strategies as needed.Experience in project management culture (processes, tools, standards, and lessons learned).Effective communication (English) both orally and in writing to interact with teams, stakeholders, and senior management.Additional InformationCareer development: opportunity to grow within the team.Hybrid work, 4 days per week at home.Special referral bonuses for recommending your friends.100% Payroll Schema.Private Medical subscription.Friendly team who is eager to meet you.Process StagesStep 1: RegistrationStep 2: InterviewStep 3: OnboardingStep 4: HiringConoce a Stefanini
