Repsol Generación Baja en Carbono (Renovables) is looking for a Development Consultant for its office located in Madrid . Your objective within the company will be to manage the assigned projects from acquisition to COD, according to the requirements and strategies established by the company, motivating and leading the involved team to achieve set objectives. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the Repsol GBC team involved in the project for each phase, ensuring teamwork and information exchange. Control the resources assigned to the project to meet set objectives (schedule, cost, quality, etc.). Manage risks, issues, and changes in the project and report on its progress. Maintain relationships with different departments of Repsol GBC. Engage with authorities and collaborators on behalf of the company to ensure the project's proper development under best practices and aligned with Repsol GBC strategy. Understand the sector, competitors, and key market participants. Requirements Academic background: Engineering. PMI certification is valued. Experience: At least 5 years in similar roles within the Renewables sector. Tools: MS Project, SAP. Languages: English minimum level B2. Others: Availability to travel nationally.
