SAMY Consult, the consulting arm of SAMY Alliance, is looking for skilled professionals with deep expertise in Sprinklr to deliver exceptional customer experience management (CXM) solutions.
This role requires not only hands-on project management but also strong commercial acumen to help expand our market.
As a Project Manager - Sprinklr Implementation at SAMY Consult, you will lead Sprinklr implementation projects, guiding clients from strategic planning to fully optimizing their use of the platform.
You will be responsible for overseeing project delivery and ensuring the efficient execution of CXM solutions across digital channels such as social media, messaging, email, and customer support.
Additionally, you may participate in pre-sales activities, assessing client needs and providing accurate estimates for time, effort, and cost, while identifying growth opportunities for both clients and SAMY Consult.
Tasks & Responsibilities Defines and maintains regional implementation practice strategy, in collaboration with other regional implementation leaders.
Lead project initiation activities, including identifying contractual obligations, understanding client goals, assessing current situations, and establishing key contacts.
Plan and coordinate all phases of project management, from initiation to delivery.
Perform resource utilization analysis for ongoing projects and future needs.
Provide financial reporting for project revenue and forecasts.
Develop and execute project plans, including scope, activities, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
Identify and allocate required resources, assigning key project roles.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Manage project risks, issues, and progress to achieve goals such as deadlines, scope, and quality.
Identify gaps in project management processes and recommend improvements.
Oversee the delivery of Sprinklr services to meet agreed service levels and quality standards.
Requirements Qualifications 4+ years of project management experience with cross-functional teams and fixed-price projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail and strong client-facing abilities.
Proven experience leading large projects, including executive-level updates and cross-functional coordination.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Microsoft Project, Visio, Office Suite, and SharePoint.
Ability to creatively analyze problems, manage complex tasks, and adapt to changing requirements.
Fluency in both Spanish and English.
Experience managing Sprinklr or other software implementation projects is a plus.
