WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of experience managing agile projects using Scrum.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in software development or digital product projects.

Certifications:
Scrum Master certification (CSM) or equivalent is highly desirable.
Other agile certifications (PMI-ACP, PSM, etc.) are a plus.

Technical Skills:
Deep understanding of the Scrum methodology and other agile frameworks.
Familiarity with agile project management tools like Jira, Trello, or similar.

Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

WHAT WILL YOU DO? Agile Project Management:
Plan, execute, and oversee projects using the Scrum methodology, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality objectives are met.
Facilitate Scrum adoption within teams, promoting best practices and ensuring adherence to the agile framework.

Scrum Facilitation:
Act as Scrum Master for assigned projects, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Assist the team in removing impediments and continuously improving in delivering product increments.

Collaboration and Communication:
Coordinate communication between development teams, Product Owners, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Maintain effective and transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.

Backlog Management and Prioritization:
Work closely with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring the team focuses on the most valuable tasks for the business.
Facilitate sprint planning, helping define clear and achievable goals for each iteration.

Continuous Improvement and Training:
Promote continuous improvement within teams by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing corrective actions.
Provide guidance and training on Scrum best practices to teams and stakeholders, supporting their development in agile methodologies.
