Main Responsibilities Designing & delivering regular & ad-hoc reports at the project & program level Designing & implementing project/documentation processes Coordinating with stakeholders from different divisions to gather requirements, prioritise deliverables, & ensure alignment with strategic objectives Providing support to teams & specialists in task tracking, market research & project delivery Planning & executing smaller initiatives/projects independently Conducting business analytics tasks & supporting the solution design process Proactively identifying risks & issues in ongoing projects & processes Identifying potential points of contention related to missed deliverables Managing dependencies & resolving conflicts between projects, teams, & divisions to maintain smooth project execution Facilitating effective communication & collaboration between multiple divisions & teams Required Qualifications 3+ years in a corporate Tech or Digital environment 5+ years of experience either as a Senior Project Manager, PMO, Business analyst or reporting specialist Excellent written & verbal communication skills, in both English & Spanish Experience working with off-shore teams is preferred Experience working on a virtual/global team is preferred Strong team-working skills across matrixed client, supplier, and geographically dispersed virtual teams Possess knowledge of & apply industry-standard project management principles & methodologies Design & deliver reports to stakeholders on various levels Conduct basic financial analysis Display strong communication, interpersonal & organisational skills Operate with minimal supervision Possess proficient knowledge & experience of the Agile Framework Advantageous Qualifications Experience working with Power BI, Zoho, Salesforce, Google Analytics TFS / JIRA / similar What we offer Friendly working environment (We're dead serious!)
