ResponsibilitiesCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of supply projectsEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetDevelop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical and commercial feasibilityEnsure resource availability and allocation for the proper execution of the projectDevelop a detailed project plan to track progressUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costsMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniquesReport and escalate to management as neededManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize project risksEstablish and maintain relationships with clients, third parties/vendors and internal teamsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project documentation and handover certificationProduce progress reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for internal and external stakeholdersRequest and select proposals from subcontractors, including contract negotiationsLocation: Madrid or Pamplona; with availability to travel.
Your profileGood educational background, preferably in the fields of science, management or engineering (electrical degree preferred)Proven working experience as a project administrator in the renewable sectorSolid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in the renewable market, especially in the suppliers/EPC scope of workExcellent client-facing and internal communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills (Spanish and English mandatory, Portuguese and Chinese are also a plus)Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft OfficePMP / PRINCE II certification is a plusWhy us?This decade might be overshadowed by Covid19, but sooner or later we will beat and overcome that son of a germ, am I right?
