InstaVolt has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our busy and energetic team. The role will be based remote of our Head Office in Spain, with Spain-wide travel required to oversee schemes.As an InstaVolt Project Manager you will oversee the end-end delivery of our new Rapid Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging sites, including construction, installation, grid connection and activation. You will provide management, leadership, and coordination of InstaVolt teams, contractors, suppliers, and grid connection providers.Key Responsibilities:Liaise with our Development and Legal team during design stagesManaging tendering processes for contractor appointmentLiaising with our grid connection providers to ensure the timely completion of our connectionLiaising with our partners for timely design completion and connectionPlanning and coordinating all resources required in the construction and activation of our new Charging sites, including the completion of Health & Safety Construction Phase PlansLiaising with clients & customers, keeping them informed on installation planning & onsite progressCompiling & maintaining project tracker information to report project progress to the Head of Project DeliveryKey Personal Skills/Knowledge:Ability to work in a high pace environment and ability to adapt to changing circumstancesStrong problem-solving skillsHighly organised, dynamic and motivated individualExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCommercial awareness and proven budget management experienceValid and clean driving licenceWork Experience and Qualifications:Proven experience in Project ManagementExperience around the installation of LV/MV networks up to & including 20kV Unit SubstationsProven track record of delivering rapid EV charging sites on budget & on timeProven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a timeSite Management Safety Training & CertificationProject Management Qualification – Prince2/APM are preferredDistribution Network Operator experience is an advantageOther benefits to include:Competitive salary – dependant on experience & qualificationsCompany EV with InstaVolt free charging card for personal and business use10% discretionary annual bonus1 Paid volunteering day per year1 paid day off if you are moving houseOngoing training in career building avenues, including study supportSalary: €50,000 – €60,000 + 10% annual discretionary bonusOne last thing...
