As the expansion of our charging infrastructure continues to grow, we are now hiring a Project Manager to continue developing the charging network in Spain. In your day-to-day activities, you will work on market research, coordinating rollout projects, and pitching our proposition for new opportunities. Let's power the future together!
Your Responsibilities Managing projects from start to finish
Lead our charging project handling for the Spanish market
Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to drive results
Drive infrastructure projects including working with local sales and operation, executives, and other product management team members
Create new and optimize existing project management processes and implement new tools
Mentor and share knowledge around project management best practices
Request and manage subsidies and public funds for projects at the national level, knowing the regulations of the different autonomies
Be prepared to lead the project management department in the future
Your Profile At least two years of successful experience in project management for EV charging infrastructure and leading related project teams
Solid experience working with public institutions
Expert in Spanish EV Regulation
Technical and process know-how in e-mobility / electrical infrastructure
A make-it-happen attitude, helping the team to deliver on changing the world from combustion to electric
Fluency in Spanish and English; German is a plus
Strong communication skills with the ability to convince others and drive solutions forward effectively
Ability to self-organize in an environment of changing priorities; willingness to work on multiple tasks/content switching
