You will work closely with the rest of the internal teams to ensure project success within budget, scope, and timeline constraints. You will also be responsible for managing project risks and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.Key Responsibilities:Project planning and execution activities: Enjoy the fast-paced project manager position managing solar panel installations in customers' homes.Collaborate with project teams to define project scope and goalsManage project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on timeResponsible for meeting weekly and monthly targets for throughput, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.Ensure customer satisfaction through your deliveriesCoordinate and lead project status meetings with stakeholdersManage project risks and develop contingency plansEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policiesCommunicate project progress and status updates to managementPerform quality control checks of solar installations and subcontractor deliveries.Emphasize quality, systematic work, and well-documented work processes.Develop and implement training programs for new employees to ensure consistent, high-quality work.What we look for1-2 years of work experienceKnowledge of solar energy is a plus but not a requirement.
