Guardar The purpose of this role is to manage and coordinate service support to customers ensuring the proper technical capabilities, materials resources and tools. This role will create service quotations for customers (including maintenance or warranty) as well as provide technical customer support when needed. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Opening, management and closing of Service projects Creating quotations and offers Opening, management and closing of Service tickets Collaboration in monitoring and control of Service projects Support in the management of warranty jobs Support in management and control of calibrated tools, special tools and other Support in management and control of logistics (i.E. suppliers, customs clearance, deliveries, receptions, invoicing, picking, packing lists, etc…) Elaborate technical reports to customers when requested Other administrative tasks specific to the Service Support area HS&E RESPONSABILITIES: To take personal and collective responsibility to help fulfil our HSE vision and goals by: Setting high standards for their behavior with regards to HSE and expect the same of others. Ensuring that they understand the HSE requirements of their role and seek support if required. Always complying with our HSE Policy, standards and requirements. Making sure they are up to date on the HSE competence level required for their role. Actively supporting and reporting all HSE incidents, including near misses and observations. Intervening if they are concerned that actions or decisions may result in us not meeting our standards. Not putting themselves or others at risk from their actions; and suggest areas for improvement. Being responsible for segregating all the generated waste in their respective containers and for operating according to the specific procedures of the environmental management system. REQUIREMENTS: Strong technical background: Naval / Industrial Engineering or similar. Experience of 7-10 years in a technical position in the industry. High level of English, spoken and written. Technical knowledge in applications. MS Office, advanced level. Project Management methodology can be of help. Flexibility to adapt working timetable to customer / business needs. Availability to travel (15%-20%). Capability to coordinate and lead service teams and projects on-site.
