To support our Shiji team in the EU Region, we're looking for a motivated Project Manager to take full ownership of all our PMS, POS, Concept & Payments projects, manage key client projects, and coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Responsibilities: Define the project scope and objectives and ensure that all projects are deliverable on time within the budget. Allocate project resources by ensuring their availability and manage the project teams to meet the project schedules and timelines. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders and provide high-quality customer service to maximize potential revenue. Measure and report internal and external performance to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term projects. Minimum Requirements: Relevant educational background and a minimum of 5 years work experience as a project manager; preferably in the international hotel, travel, or hospitality IT software and technology space. Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of PMS, POS, or Golf & Spa products. Prioritization expert with ability to multi-task and outstanding organizational skills. Well-structured, loyal, and initiative person with a get-it-done attitude. Flexibility and adaptability in customer change requests and in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills and experience in Smartsheet, Saviom, Zoho, Jira, or equivalent project management software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Multi-lingual beneficial. PMP, Agile, or Prince II Certification strongly preferred. Ability to travel 25% of the time both domestically and internationally.
