Job Description As the Project Manager - R&D Portfolio Process and Systems, you develop, implement, and monitor the project management processes and systems related to Galderma's R&D portfolio. A main accountability is to be the change management specialist for R&D contracts, ensuring a timely and compliant execution of high value contract amendments. Further, you drive continuous improvement projects and process optimizations, including related trainings to implement these changes. Therefore, you are a critical asset to the overall enhancement of the R&D organization and the development of quality products for our patients. Key Responsibilities Develops and implements continuous improvements to project management processes and systems steering to significant improvements in R&D productivity. Monitors and manages portfolio and project management systems, quality, data reliability and change management. Drives improvement and optimization of project portfolio management processes and standards. Provides efficient support to R&D staff and enterprise stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant execution of high value contract amendments. Promotes R&D organizational optimization and training on new processes and capabilities. Promotes the evolution and implementation of the R&D project operating model and digitalization efforts. Partners with IT as the business expert for the project management system. Skills & Qualifications Around 7 years of experience in continuous improvement, change management, and/or IT system deployment, preferably in an R&D environment or equivalent knowledge gathered in a comparable industry. Strong comprehension of pharmaceutical product development process, budgeting, and contract management. Strong communication and organization skills to properly gather and clearly disseminate business needs and key objectives among cross-functional stakeholders. Strong project management and training skills with proactive and service-oriented mindset. Self-starter with ability to work on versatile activities independently as well as in a team. High detail-orientation, prioritization skills, and comfort with ambiguity.
