GRUNDFOS SPAIN is looking for a PROJECT MANAGER (2 days homeoffice /week). To maximize profitable sales through delivery of projects from order fulfilment to after sales to time, cost and quality in a professional manner to the satisfaction of customers.

What is the job about? Manage low complexity projects utilizing the agreed systems and project execution processes, in a timely fashion, either via our ERP system, SAP SD, SAP Project management system or Extranet / E trading.Follow, adhere and ensure a level of awareness to the Grundfos project execution processes.Support quotation and proposal outputs in order for low complexity projects to be delivered to time, cost and quality.Manage sub-suppliers and sub-contractors with supply agreements and ensure alignment of service levels in order for low complexity projects to be delivered to time, cost and quality.Support management with the development of project delivery activities locally.Assist Health & Safety and quality team with assessing of sub-suppliers.Handle customer issues if and when these arise working closely with the Proposals Team.Liaise with Proposals team, customers and Senior Project Managers on delivery and supply chain, if and when required.Proficient understanding of the customers requirements either communicated via phone, email or other media.Compilation of handover documentation in line with the agreed format and standards.Proficient knowledge of product features advantages and benefits, and be able to professionally represent these to the customer.Assist the manager to prepare detailed monthly KPI analysis, and action plan and deliver to management in order to track goals.Proficient at Managing risk and opportunities associated with the programme of projects being delivered at any one time.Conduct yourself in a professional manner with our customers at all times.Assist the manager to work with the Finance / Credit Control Team to secure on time payment.Assist with any logistics activities in the workshop to ensure timely and accurate delivery to site, if and when required.Proven experience of delivering projects within a technically complex and dynamic environment on time, cost and quality.What do you need to apply? Strong communication skills, negotiation abilities and excellent organizational skills.Proficient business and technical experience, with a strong talent for enabling productive communication between groups.Experience in successfully engaging different groups of stakeholders.Familiarity with Microsoft office and Notes Packages.Familiar with SAP R3 / SAP Customer Relationship Manager / Business Warehouse.Experience with project management tools, i.e. Prince and SAP PS, is preferable.Experience of successfully managing the delivery of multiple low complexity projects at the same time.Demonstrated good management skills including project management, financial management, change management and facilitation.Fluent in written and spoken English.
