THE ROLE Due to continued growth, we're seeking a highly motivated, intelligent, and energetic Project Manager & Product Owner to guide the development of our Platforms. Passion and knowledge of the crypto space are essential for excelling in this role, as you'll be at the forefront of bridging product vision with technical execution. This role is available for qualified candidates based in Europe, with a hybrid work model available for candidates located in our offices in Malta, Madrid, or Lyon. Reporting to our Chief Product Officer and with a dotted line to our Director of Engineering, you will work closely with our development teams to ensure each product release meets technical, business, quality, and functional goals. As Product Owner, you'll lead the design, usability, quality, and delivery of the technical platform team, setting priorities, guiding design decisions, and aligning all stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle. As Project Manager, you'll handle the management of larger cross-functional projects, with a focus on dependency mapping, risk assessment, and timeline adherence. Why This Dual Role? When teams can operate autonomously, this role leans more toward product ownership, focusing on prioritizing features and driving product direction. However, during larger initiatives that require extensive cross-team collaboration, the role shifts toward project management, overseeing dependencies, aligning timelines, and ensuring cohesive delivery across teams. This dynamic approach allows us to maintain agility while achieving alignment on complex, strategic goals
