Depending on role and business needs, colleagues will either work onsite, in a hybrid model (combination of in-office and virtual days) or fully virtually.**Background**Operational Excellence is establishing a centralized first line Privacy change management program designed to accelerate American Express' progress in achieving sustainable and effective compliance with the evolving Privacy regulations around the world, across business units and legal entities.This is in response to the fast-paced evolution of Data protection/Privacy regulations across the world, with regulators around the world showing zero tolerance for non-compliance.The first line Privacy change management team is responsible for leading projects addressing new and changing regulation as well as improvements to current Privacy processes in order to mitigate regulatory risk.This team will drive privacy change management across lines of business but will not provide compliance or legal privacy advice or services. The team will engage in implementing requirements and not in setting requirements.There is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Project Manager to join the team. They will be required to partner with business functions to drive implementation to comply with privacy regulation, policy, framework, and requirements.
