The Role
The Capgemini Engineering team is looking for a Project Manager/PMO to join the team in Spain. As part of an International Company, the PMO will oversee:
Define, build and communicate overall progress of the projects and workstreamsFollow up activities, milestones and deliverables across the portfolio of projectsIdentify dependencies between different projects and workstreamsIdentify, communicate, and monitor progress on mitigating potential risksBroad communication on project performance, indicators, and deliverablesManage project documentation repositoriesFacilitate team collaboration and communicationExperience
At least 2 years in project management, Project Management Offices, digital and/or transformation projects:
Experience in managing stakeholders and key usersProject PlanningExperience in project management with agile methodologies (desired)Experienced in Insurance Industry (desired)Requirements:
BSc / MSc. / PhD in Engineering, preferably Computer Science or Electronics.Skills:
Effective communication both written and verbal, excellent interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environmentHigh energy level, ability to hit deadlinesAbility to lead teams and work collaborativelyFlexibility and adaptabilityExperience in Insurance Company.Knowledge and experience:
Agile/ScrumProject Management / PMISome knowledge in any of these fields is nice to have:Insurance IndustryInsurance Business ProcessesJira and ConfluenceLI-MR14
