The Role The Capgemini Engineering team is looking for a Project Manager/PMO to join the team in Spain.
As part of an International Company, the PMO will oversee: Define, build and communicate overall progress of the projects and workstreams Follow up activities, milestones and deliverables across the portfolio of projects Identify dependencies between different projects and workstreams Identify, communicate, and monitor progress on mitigating potential risks Broad communication on project performance, indicators, and deliverables Manage project documentation repositories Facilitate team collaboration and communication Experience At least 2 years in project management, Project Management Offices, digital and/or transformation projects: Experience in managing stakeholders and key users Project Planning Experience in project management with agile methodologies (desired) Experienced in Insurance Industry (desired) Requirements : BSc / MSc.
/ PhD in Engineering, preferably Computer Science or Electronics.
Skills : Effective communication both written and verbal, excellent interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment High energy level, ability to hit deadlines Ability to lead teams and work collaboratively Flexibility and adaptability Experience in Insurance Company.
