FunctionsCompilation and analysis of documentation for the development of the strategy of the assigned projects.Elaboration of the technical and economic planning of the assigned projects.Management and team control of assigned projects.Manage, supervise and negotiate EPC contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.During the execution of the project, ensure compliance with the procedures.Work closely with the purchasing department for the optimization and supervision of resources.Ensure that the project is executed on time and according to the approved budget, complying with technical, safety and environmental criteria.Management of communications with client, administrator, audit.Payment and collection management.Follow-up of the progress and quality of the work during all phases of execution, implementing strategies for the prevention and resolution of problems.Evaluation report and final closure.RequirementsEngineering degree.Demonstrable experience of 10 years in civil works, with at least 5 years in water project management.Experience in international projects, desirable in countries with high growth potential in Sub-Saharan Africa and Latam.Field experience in the execution of projects.Knowledge in hydraulics and construction.French and English at negotiation level.Willingness to travel and/or change residence.Strategic thinking.Analytical capacity.Planning and Organizational skills.Negotiation and Communication skills.
