WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., pharmaceutical sciences, life sciences, business administration) Proven experience as a Project Manager in the pharmaceutical industry Strong understanding of drug development processes and regulatory requirements Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills PMP certification Proficiency in project management tools such as Veeva or IQVIA Fluent in English and Spanish WHAT WILL YOU DO? Lead and oversee pharmaceutical projects from initiation to completion Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including R&D, regulatory affairs, clinical operations, and manufacturing Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate risks Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards Communicate project status, issues, and risks to senior management WHY US?
