.We're looking for a motivated Project Manager to join our account acquisition team in Malaga. For this role you have to be creative, analytical, and quite the word-smith. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies and projects that will drive leads for our sales team. You'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams, utilizing best in class tools and data to craft targeted outreach projects. This is NOT a customer facing sales role, but rather a creative and analytical role. What will you be doing? In very practical terms, you'll manage the email campaigns for our sales team. This involves analyzing sales calls to identify what our customers like about our platform, and turning those insights into a compelling message that we can use when reaching out to similar prospects. You will also be responsible for pulling lead lists of potential prospects and setting them up in an automated campaign. Last but not least, you'll analyze the performance of your automated campaigns, and create weekly reports for the Commercial Director and the CEO. Whenever a prospect responds to any of your automated campaigns our sales team will take over the dialogue with that prospect. After 1 month: Your training has been completed and you'll be on your way to becoming a Plytix PIM expert. Becoming a PIM expert will be key to your success. You've been with the Customer Success team to gain a deep knowledge of the Plytix platform and how we work with our beloved customers. You've done your tour of duty in both Sales and Marketing and you know the ins and outs of how all the departments work together. The first month of training will give you all the insights needed to start you on the path to success and help you jumpstart your campaign creations. After 3 months: By the end of your third month, you'll be deep in running campaigns, and we'll start to see a predictable flow of leads to the sales team. You'll have identified ways to improve on your first campaign and will be jamming with marketing and other departments to take your campaigns to the next level. 6 months in: You're now a superstar and your campaigns are instrumental for our growth. Without you and your campaigns, we wouldn't be hitting our sales targets. You're now effortlessly coming up with new and better campaigns frequently, and you're constantly looking for ways to scale further
