As a Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind the successful launch of our clients' new subscription business, working side-by-side with the Country Manager of OptiQa Spain. Your mission is to bring our clients' visions to life by seamlessly coordinating all operational elements and aligning key internal and external teams for a fast and impactful client go-live.
What challenges you'll be solving Client Relationship Management: Take ownership of new client relationships from contract signature, acting as their trusted guide and dedicated launch partner throughout the implementation journey, and establishing yourself as the go-to person for all launch-related inquiries.Launch Coordination: Prepare the client's central organization and OptiQa's teams for a smooth and rapid launch, orchestrating every detail necessary to bring the client's subscription business to market.Toolkit Development: Help shape OptiQa's future by building our customer implementation toolkit, laying the foundation for smoother, faster launches across all clients and stores as we grow.Training and Support: During your first 6-12 months, you will be a critical on-the-ground presence, assisting opticians and store managers through the training journey, ensuring they are empowered and ready to champion the subscription service. What you'll need ???????????????? 3-5 years in strategy or business consulting, with a proven track record in project definition, implementation, and management.Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and align project objectives, contributing to the strategic direction of client launches.Expertise in coordinating cross-functional teams and effectively managing resources to ensure all operational elements are aligned for a smooth launch.Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues before they escalate.A strong focus on achieving project goals and meeting client expectations, with the ability to measure success and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Experience in the optics industry is preferred, but we also welcome retail professionals who have excelled as consultants or employees in retail environments.Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English.
