Propósito principal del puesto: Follows up and ensures the execution on site of the different projects across the locations in North America.
Responsible for the execution of the plans and projects defined by the organization.
Ensures that systems, services, and all requirements are properly addressed and/or installed.
Áreas de responsabilidad esenciales: Gestión de la ejecución de proyectos: Gets involved on early stages of assigned projects, dealing with vendors and supporting procurement and legal teams on bidding stages.
Decision maker on resources allocation (technical, human, budget).
Defines execution plans according to main timelines for the assigned projects: Proactively anticipates and implement control plans on eventual major deviations during the executions of the projects (lines installation, saving projects, equipment refurbishment/relocation, infrastructure upgrades, etc).
Follows up resources, makes sure committed deadlines are met.
Gets in touch with OEM's, defines actions and ensures equipment needs, makes sure committed deadlines are met.
Participates in unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise during project execution.
Creates systematic evidence and tracking for future and more complex projects execution.
Is physically present wherever the project is going to be executed.
Ensures start-up and ramp-up stages: Works together with local teams on start-up process, makes decisions and triggers actions leading to effective solutions when needed.
Supports and gets involved on ramp-up stages acting as a facilitator and connects with right resources.
Follows up on handover process through the plant/local teams/departments until getting the protocol signed according to timelines.
Stakeholders clave: Internos: Plant managers, Plant process engineers, Production, Quality, Process Experts, R&D; Teams, CoE Managers, Supply Chain teams, Plant purchasing/procurement teams.
Externos: OEMs, rigging companies, contractors.
Calificación profesional y educativa: Degree in an Engineering Discipline such as Electric, Electronic, Mechanic.
Expertise on project management and execution on field.
5 years experience on projects execution.
Desired passport and American Visa.
Habilidades: Advanced Solidwork with experience in industrial design 3D and 2D.
Advanced Microsoft Office.
Ability to interact on multi cultural locations.
