Key responsibilities:End to end project management of complex projects in the field of Electronic Financial Transactions across Europe.Compile project plans and ensure projects progress according to them.Manage internal and external resources to timely deliver project activities according to the agreed project plans.Ensure that projects scope is communicated and understood amongst the stakeholders.Manage stakeholders' expectations and concerns.Identify risks on a timely manner, which would impact the project completion, as well as provide mitigation plans.Requirements:University Degree in Computer Science or a related academic field.A minimum two (2) years of Project Management experience in multinational environments within the financial services and/or banking sectors.
Prior technical/software engineering experience is preferable.Proven experience in coaching and mentoring project teams.Business and Technical understanding of the Electronic Financial Transactions (EFT) business (POS, e-commerce or ATM) and/or banking IT.Fluency in English, both verbal and written.Must have legal right to work in the EU.Competencies:Self-driven, self-motivated, highly interested in learning and adopting to changing environments.Strong planning and time management skills.
