You will be part of our recently created agile Project Management Office, supporting the Head of the unit to run it and further develop it.

Key Responsibilities Support in defining and implementing the processes to run the Initiative Management Office, including – but not limited to – OKR process, initiative collection, and Roadmap planning processes. Run the day-to-day Initiative Management Office's activities. Own the Initiative's budget collection. Oversee the company Investments management process and portfolio. Scout and implement tools to make our processes more efficient. Conduct data analysis when necessary. Identify opportunities to improve our internal processes and systems. Deliver results.

Iterate. Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong data management and analytical skills. Strong interpersonal skills able to communicate, influence and adapt communication at different levels of the organisation. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, fostering strong rapport and collaborative relationships across the entire organisation. Strong problem-solving skills: comfortable tackling complex problems and breaking these down into manageable pieces. Excellent organisational and planning skills demonstrating attention to detail. Team players.
