More than 1,200 people enjoy working with us and contribute to provide our audience with a comprehensive and inspiring offering of travel related products and services.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport in defining and implementing the processes to run the Initiative Management Office, including – but not limited to – OKR process, initiative collection and Roadmap planning processes.Run the day to day Initiative Management Office's activities.Own the Initiative's budget collection.Oversee the company Investments management process and portfolio.Scout and implement tools to make our processes more efficient.Conduct data analysis when necessary.Identify opportunities to improve our internal processes and systems.Deliver results.

Iterate.QualificationsDegree in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong data management and analytical skills.Strong interpersonal skills able to communicate, influence and adapt communication at different levels of organisation.Exceptional stakeholder management skills, fostering strong rapport and collaborative relationships across the entire organisation.Strong problem-solving skills: comfortable tackling complex problems and breaking these down into manageable pieces.Excellent organisational and planning skills demonstrating attention to detail.Team players.
