About the Job Reporting to the Head of Marketing Iberia, the Project Manager (f/m/d) within the Marketing Department will be responsible for leading and managing all product-related projects from inception through completion related to their products/brands. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, including sales, and external vendors. The Project Manager will ensure that projects align with the company's overall business objectives, are completed on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Project Planning & StrategyDevelop comprehensive project implementation plans within Iberian organization, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.Align project goals with the broader marketing and business strategy.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with product development, sales, and other departments to gather requirements and ensure all project aspects are aligned.Serve as the main point of contact for project-related communication between departments and external vendors.Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss project progress, challenges, and next steps.Project ExecutionOversee day-to-day operations of all assigned projects, ensuring they are progressing according to plan.Manage project changes, risks, and issues, and take corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered within the agreed-upon timeline.Resource ManagementIdentify resource needs and allocate resources efficiently to ensure project success.Coordinate with different department heads resources, equipment, and materials.Monitor resource usage and adjust plans as needed to optimize productivity and meet project deadlines.Budget ManagementDevelop, manage, and monitor project budgets, ensuring all expenses are accounted for and within the allocated budget.Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders.Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or project scope.Risk ManagementIdentify potential business risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.Communicate potential risks and proposed solutions to stakeholders promptly.Reporting & DocumentationMaintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and change logs.Provide regular project updates to senior management and other stakeholders.Prepare post-project evaluations and lessons learned to improve future project planning and execution.Stakeholder CommunicationDevelop and implement communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed of project progress and changes.Address stakeholder concerns and ensure their requirements are being met.Facilitate collaboration and consensus-building among stakeholders.Quality AssuranceEnsure all project deliverables meet the company's quality standards and customer expectations.Implement quality control processes and review procedures to maintain high standards.Conduct final quality assessments before project completion and handover.Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve project efficiency.Provide training and mentoring to team members on project management practices.Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.A Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.Experience:
5+ years of project management experience, preferably in marketing or product-related projects. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish.
