About the role
As a member of the Program & Service Management Team, you will be the "glue" that keeps all the initiatives running in the Public Cloud Transformation team together. The responsibility of the role spans from managing Cloud strategy projects to putting in motion the operating models that handle the specific cloud needs. These tasks address the transformational changes required to support the various Business Domains and their corresponding IT organizations in their cloud journey.
Your day-to-day responsibility is to have a full understanding of all the initiatives running and ensure timely and qualitative communication among all the involved parties. Your tasks include: Align strategic initiatives initiated by the Cloud Delivery Team and Domain IT teamsEffectively communicate with stakeholders and the management teams to ensure a correct prioritization and delivery of the initiativesIndependently coordinate IT activities and manage the risk and control landscape (related to products, security, regulations)Support in identifying and addressing risks, incidents and issues; drive resolution activityChampion internal values of operational excellence, seeking opportunities for common approaches and cross-business units/cross-functional collaboration where feasibleBuild and maintain an oversight of all IT processes (including availability reports, service level agreements, disaster recovery plans, critical vendor arrangements)Run and independently curate content for IT Management meetingsContribute to and manage all communication regarding technical direction and initiatives.About the team

We are a dynamic team to support the larger Public Cloud Transformation organization, and we are working closely with many tech colleagues and projects which will allow us to actively leverage our negotiation and communication skills.
