Your role and responsibilities: Lead the execution of medium-size projects, ensuring all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications, and targets.Lead project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet committed project results.Establish the project execution approach and oversee planning, monitoring, and control activities for internal and external resources.Monitor and control project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.Identify, qualify, quantify, and manage project risks while ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.Drive the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer in accordance with the contract.You will join a dynamic, high-performing, and diverse team, where you will be able to thrive.
Qualifications for the role: Highly skilled in project management, cost control, planning, monitoring, and risk management.Familiar with the industrial market: automotive, food & beverage, logistics, etc., with a customer-focused approach and business orientation.At least 5 years of experience in Project Management.Enhanced knowledge of Office tools (Word, Excel) and cost control and planning (MS Project).Passionate about team management, adaptability, anticipation, and problem-solving.Degree in Engineering, mainly Industrial Engineering.Comfortable communicating in English and Spanish; other languages such as French or German are a valuable plus.Hold a current driver's license valid in Spain and a Spanish work permit.What's in it for you?
