This position reports to Service Manager
Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a design authority across the organization for one or more engineering disciplines. Each day, you will coordinate and facilitate relevant engineering assignments across several projects and within the entire value chain. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring engineering assignments are carried out in an efficient and cost-effective manner, in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and cybersecurity policies and standards.

This role is contributing to the Measurement and Analytics Division in Spain and Portugal. Main stakeholders are Customers, Suppliers, Technical Service and internal colleagues.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Taking a lead role in co-creating and presenting complex technical solutions.
Working with the customer to shape and deliver solutions and seeking customer feedback to drive and deliver improvements.
Acting as a role model in applying design thinking / design for excellence concepts in projects, including modelling, prototyping, simulation, and calculations.
Coordinating with relevant functions to ensure the technical solutions are appropriately manufactured / staged, tested, installed, and commissioned.
You will join a dynamic, talented and high motivated team, where you will be able to thrive. Qualifications for the role You are highly skilled in Customer Support and the O&G, Chemical, Power Generation market
You have 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service
Highly adept in Autocad, Eplan, MS Project, SAP, Excel
You are innovative around Communicative skills and solving issues and Customer oriented
Degree in Industrial Engineering
You are at ease communicating in Spanish and English
You hold current driving license valid in Spain and Spanish VISA/work permit
