Project Manager, Madrid The Mid Project Manager (PM) is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific projects within Weewoo. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Project Planning: Developing a comprehensive project plan that outlines the project's scope, timeline, budget, and resources required for successful completion. Project Execution: Managing project teams and resources, ensuring the project is executed in accordance with the plan and monitoring progress to ensure that objectives are met. Preparation of Technical Tasks: Workflow and timing planning, coordination of work processes with several teams of external developers and with Leads from internal departments. Communication: Ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders, including team members, senior management, and clients, and maintaining regular reporting on project status and progress. Budget Management: Tracking project expenses and ensuring that the project is completed within budget. Quality Control: Ensuring that the project meets the required quality standards and that all deliverables are completed on time and to the expected quality level. Team Management: Managing and motivating project teams, providing guidance and facilitating collaboration to ensure that project objectives are met. Stakeholder Management: Identifying and managing project stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are considered and addressed appropriately throughout the project lifecycle. Change Management: Managing changes to the project scope, schedule, or budget and ensuring that the impact of changes is communicated and understood by all stakeholders. Requirements +2 years of experience in project management with a focus on digital. Proven organization and attention to detail skills. English level C1 or above.
