Allianz Technology Spain Hub is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Project Manager to lead our License Review and Workplace Cost Optimization initiative.
This role is integral to our Financial Optimization Plan, a key pillar of our Spain Hub Strategy for 2024.
The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, automation tools, and engaging with Product Owners and Service Owners within a large organization.

Key Responsibilities Project Management: Lead the License Review and Workplace Cost Optimization project, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and deliverables.
Data Analysis and Optimization: Conduct detailed analysis of workplace costs, including IT licenses, software packages, and management services.
Identify redundancies, inefficiencies, and unnecessary expenses.
Implement cost-saving initiatives, ensuring long-term sustainability without compromising quality.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, including Product Owners, Service Owners, and other team members.
Facilitate regular meetings and check-ins to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Provide updates and reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
Process Improvement: Develop and implement standardized guidelines and oversight mechanisms for license allocation.
Automate and optimize processes using tools.
Ensure seamless synchronization between systems.
Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Identify any additional staffing needs and support the hiring process as required.
Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in IT project management, data analysis, or a related field within a large organization.
Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects from initiation to completion.
Familiarity with financial analysis and cost management in an IT context.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI) and office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
Strong knowledge of IT systems and tools.
Experience with automation tools and techniques for process optimization.
Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with various stakeholders.
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to take initiative.
Detail-oriented and organized with strong time-management skills.
