VINCI Energies, a French multinational company leader in the energy transition and digital transformation, is seeking a Project Manager to develop and manage major infrastructure projects in line with country strategy.
The role involves leading projects and resources, ensuring that objectives are met efficiently and effectively while balancing the interests of the company and its stakeholders.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities Responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.
Plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the project.
Determine and define project scope and objectives, predict resources needed to reach objectives, and manage resources effectively and efficiently.
Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements and track project costs to meet budget.
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan, providing consistent project updates to stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
Minimum Requirements University degree in industrial, electrical, or civil engineering or similar.
8-10 years of experience in an international environment as Project Manager in large projects with contractual management in complex and multinational environments.
Experience in global project management (for projects under €200M): planning, contract management, production management, etc.
Fluent in English (C1) as a minimum.
