Box2Bit, a developer and operator of digital infrastructures focused on the sustainable digitization of the economy, is seeking a professional to support the Project Manager in the management, coordination, and planning of data center projects in their initial phases for any geography.Responsibilities :Review and monitor project planning in initial phases.Manage and control the project budget and cash flow in initial phases.Prepare follow-up / internal reporting reports.Support the business development team in locating land for future opportunities, selecting designers, etc.Assist in the design of the data center, as well as its joint configuration with electrical infrastructures and renewable parks.Monitor the project permitting status and evaluate potential modifications / optimizations.Support the finance department in project financing (reviewing reports, CAPEX, technical aspects of the project, etc.).Due Diligence : manage Technical Due Diligence and liaise with the technical advisor; inform and support the rest of Due Diligence (legal, insurance, etc.).Manage any project Data Room (Due Diligence, corporate financing, etc.).Requirements :Industrial / Civil Engineer or similar. A Master's degree in project management is desirable.At least 1-2 years of experience in activities related to project management.A good level of English is essential.
