Job DescriptionAs a Project Manager, you will have to apply your knowledge in managing digital campaigns and projects in close contact with the creative team and clients.You will be the main point of contact with the local client, receive their briefs, manage both local and international teams for operations and execution, and manage media deliveries with media partners.How you'd spend your day:Managing clients' requests, establishing a direct relationship with the client's team.Coordinating the internal team.Participating in client calls.Managing and scheduling the workload.Ensuring that the executions meet the brands' guidelines and quality standards.Coordinating external partners and resources when necessary.Suggesting proposals for improvement, being proactive for the client/agency benefit.Managing the PG internal tools.QualificationsWhat we're looking for:Experience in managing digital projects such as campaigns, social media, websites, and CRM.At least 2-3 years of experience as an account executive or project manager, preferably with international accounts.Advanced English (C1 or more); you will be participating in calls in English, preparing materials, and sending emails in English.Capacity to deal with complexity and multitasking.Good communication skills; dynamic, flexible, and proactive.Open to new ideas and change.We think you're awesome if you:Have multimedia capacity, with a focus on the digital environment.Are super organized and process-oriented.Are a proactive problem solver and communicator.Have strong problem-solving skills.Possess strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Can work with short-turnaround deadlines.Are detail-oriented and quality-focused.Are an enthusiastic and energetic team player.Have experience with task or project management tools.Are proficient in Microsoft Office and task management tools and software (Microsoft Teams, Slack, Trello, etc).
