Project Manager It

Job Description:
The IT Project Manager, reporting directly to the Business Relationship Manager (BRM), will be responsible for managing the progress of all projects within the IT department. The role involves serving as the Scrum Master for software development teams following the Scrum methodology, as well as fulfilling a standard Project Manager role for other areas. Responsibilities include:
Supported by the BRM and Software Development Managers, create & manage project plans and manage scope.
Define project milestones, deliverables, and schedules.
Define tasks, allocate resources, and track progress in project management tools.
Track implementation/change management actions, manage risk tracking process, and handle documentation and deliverables.
Align project objectives with company goals, manage the entire project portfolio of the IT department, and assist the BRM in fostering partnerships with customers/stakeholders/sponsors.
Competencies:
Three or more years of project management experience in IT environments.
ITIL or ITSM certifications preferred. PMP certifications preferred.
Experience working in Agile methodologies in a Scrum Master role.
Detail-oriented, proactive, methodical, and organized.
Thrives in a collaborative environment, strong team player with good communication skills.
Customer-focused mindset, stress-tolerant, and experienced in conflict resolution.
Proficiency with software tools including Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, JIRA, MS Teams.
This position offers a hybrid work model with flexibility for remote work, requiring occasional in-office presence in Valencia for team meetings and collaborations. Immediate applications are encouraged.
