You will collaborate closely with business users in different countries and be responsible for overseeing and successfully delivering projects related to investments data. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our organization's growth and transformation in the fast-paced world of business intelligence.Your roleYour main responsibilities will involve:Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategies.Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.Coordinate and lead project teams, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration.Monitor project progress, identify and address issues and risks, and proactively manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget.Track and report project status, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders and senior management.Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices, as well as relevant policies and regulations.Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance project delivery, and optimize resource utilization.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in investment data management and digitalization, and apply best practices to projects.Your Skills and ExperienceYour skills and qualifications will ideally include:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.3+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the financial services industry, with a focus on investment data management and digitalization projects.Agile and Scrum expertise.Strong understanding of data processes, analytics, and digital transformation strategies.Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.Strong communication skills in written and spoken English (Spanish language skill is a plus).Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented approach.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.Experience in risk management, change management, and quality assurance.Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.Good self-management skills and stress resilience.Highly organised with good attention to detail.Relevant working experience in (insurance) asset management is a big plus.Primary work location is Barcelona, via Augusta.
