Position: Project ManagerWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee the 2-year research project titled: "Evaluation of the Impact on Emotional Well-Being and Mental Health of Unaccompanied Youth on the Move Through a Psychosocial Intervention Model in Interdisciplinary Teams in Barcelona."Education and Qualifications:Required:Degree in PsychologyMaster's Degree in General Health PsychologyComplementary training in migration and transculturalityFluency in Catalan, Spanish, and EnglishDesired:Knowledge of Arabic/French will be consideredKnowledge of the implementation and monitoring of psychosocial initiativesExperience and Knowledge:Required:At least 2 years of experience working with young unaccompanied migrantsExperience within the organization Superacció, where the project will be developedKnowledge about cultural competenceDesired:At least 2 years of experience working with young unaccompanied migrantsExperience inside the organization Superacció, where the project will be developedKnowledge of cultural competenceMain Responsibilities and Duties:Supervise and coordinate all phases of the projectEnsure the achievement of objectives within the established timelines and budgetCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams (psychologists, social workers, researchers, etc.)Draft progress reports and prepare documentation for the dissemination of resultsManage communication with project partners and key stakeholdersLabour Conditions:Part-time position: 20h/weekStarting date: January 2025Gross annual salary: (Remuneration will depend on experience and skills.
