The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with expertise in P2P (Procure-to-Pay), stakeholder management, cutover processes, controlling, payrolls, e-commerce, and HR. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing finance-related projects, ensuring seamless execution, and delivering results that align with the organization's strategic objectives.Key Responsibilities:P2P Expertise: Lead and manage projects related to the Procure-to-Pay process, including vendor management, purchase orders, invoice processing, and payment reconciliation.Stakeholder Management: Effectively engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success and alignment with business goals.Cutover Processes: Develop and implement cutover processes for financial system migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Controlling and Payrolls: Oversee financial controlling activities and payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.E-commerce and HR: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support finance-related aspects of e-commerce initiatives and HR-related financial matters.Project Planning and Execution: Develop project plans, set timelines, and ensure successful execution of finance projects, while managing risks and issues effectively.Communication and Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management, prepare project status reports, and communicate project milestones and deliverables.Business AnalysisQualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
